Prices, Payment & Order Acceptance
- All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD).
- Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
- Accepted payment methods: KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- All payments are securely processed through encrypted gateways.
- Order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
- Orders are accepted only after processing and dispatch confirmation.
Dalmorel reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment issues occur.
- Fraud or unusual account activity is detected.
- Incorrect pricing/information was displayed.
7. Delivery Terms
- Deliveries within Kuwait only.
- Standard delivery time: next business day, depending on location and product category.
- Delivery scheduling may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier constraints.
- The recipient (or authorized person) must be present to accept delivery.
- Title and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery.
8. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items:

Defective or Wrong Items:
Must be reported within 2 business days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
- Refund method will match original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
- Refund processing time: 10–15 business days.
- Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Cash-on-delivery refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer.
10. Product Images & Descriptions
Images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Colors and appearances may vary due to lighting, device resolutions, or finishes.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, but minor discrepancies may occur. Dalmorel is not liable for typographical or technical errors.
11. Promotions, Vouchers & Loyalty Points
- Coupons and discount codes are valid only for specified items and within stated validity dates.
- Only one promotion or discount code may be applied per order (unless otherwise stated).
- Loyalty points, gift cards, or promotional codes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
12. Warranty & Product Authenticity
- All branded and designer items are sourced authentically and safely through verified suppliers.
- Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only and excludes misuse, wear and tear, or physical damage.
13. Liability Limitation
Dalmorel is not liable for:
- Losses due to improper product use.
- Loss of revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.
- Delivery delays due to courier or external factors.
- Website interruptions or technical issues.
14. Force Majeure
Dalmorel is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, epidemics, wars, supply chain disruptions, power failures, strikes, or cyber attacks.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Kuwait.
