Dalmorel Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping on orders KWD 30+ (after discounts).

  • KWD 2 flat rate for orders below KWD 30.

  • Express Delivery: KWD 3.5 for delivery within 4 hours of order placement (conditions apply).

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders delivered within 24 hours on our operating days (Saturday–Thursday).

  • Express Delivery: Receive your order within 4 hours of order time.

    • Not available on Fridays.

    • Not available between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 6:00 pm for standard delivery will be processed the next operating day.

Service Area

  • Delivery is available across Kuwait.

  • Remote areas or restricted zones may require extra time; our team will contact you if applicable.

Additional Information

  • Tracking & Updates: Customers receive SMS/WhatsApp or email updates, and drivers will contact you before delivery.

  • Missed Delivery: One free re-attempt is included; further attempts may incur a fee.

  • Address Changes: Please contact us immediately for changes; once dispatched, changes may affect delivery time.

  • Gift & Special Packaging: Add requests in the checkout notes section.
